A Little Green Goes a Long Way

Every year, all of the Brookside community becomes Irish for a day to celebrate the Annual St. Patrick’s Day Warm-Up Parade. And as members of the Brookside community, mobankers join the masses every year on the streets of Brookside with their shamrock necklaces and green hats.
“If you live in Brookside, you love Brookside… I mean, you ‘shamrock’ Brookside,” said Jeff Curran, Brookside branch manager.
Brookside mobankers display their Celtic spirit every year with custom-made T-shirts for the event. “Whenever I wear this shirt, I’m always asked where I got it,” said Curran. “It’s a real crowd pleaser.”
It’s a popular tee, but don’t worry, mobank is printing plenty, so anyone ¬– from Brookside to Ireland itself – can come down and buy a shirt at the mobank Brookside branch. Shirts cost $10, and all proceeds will be donated to The Children’s Place.
The Children’s Place promotes healthy development in kids who survived a traumatic experience or some form of abuse. It’s also the only philanthropic organization headquartered in Brookside.
From raising money for some of the greatest establishments in the city to getting our Irish on for St. Patrick’s Day, mobank loves its place in the Brookside community.Prev->> <<-Next
